Daniel 4:34
Nebuchadnezzar Praises God “After this time had passed, I, Nebuchadnezzar, looked up to heaven. My sanity returned, and I praised and worshiped the Most High and honored the one who lives forever. His rule is everlasting, and his kingdom is eternal.
Despite recognizing that God exists and works miracles Nebuchadnezzar did not acknowledge God as Lord immediately. This may also be the case for us in recovery. Until we acknowledge that He is Lord He in not going to shape our lives for His purpose.
